PROPERTIES OF CONSCIOUSNESS
Whatever else consciousness may be, let us suppose that it also has the following properties, derived from a combination of Western and Eastern philosophies: The first property is that consciousness extends beyond the individual and has quantum field-like properties, in that it affects the probabilities of events. Second, consciousness injects order into systems in proportion to the "strength" of consciousness present. This is a refinement of quantum physicist Erwin Schrodinger's observation about one of the most remarkable properties of life, namely, an "organisms astonishing gift . . . of 'drinking orderliness' from a suitable environment."
Third, the strength of consciousness in an individual fluctuates from moment to moment, and is regulated by focus of attention. Some states of consciousness have higher focus than others. We propose that ordinary awareness has a fairly low focus of attention compared to peak states, mystical states, and other nonordinary states.
Fourth, a group of individuals can be said to have "group consciousness." Group consciousness strengthens when the group's attention is focused on a common object or event, and this creates coherence among the group. If the group's attention is scattered, then the group's mental coherence is also scattered.
Fifth, when individuals in a group are all attending to different things, then the group consciousness and group mental coherence is effectively zero, producing what amounts to background noise. We assume that the maximum degree of group coherence is related in some complicated way to the total number of individuals present in the group, the strength of their common focus of attention, and other psychological, physiological, and environmental factors.
Sixth, physical systems of all kinds respond to a consciousness field by becoming more ordered. The stronger or more coherent a consciousness field, the more the order will be evident. Non-moving objects (like rocks) will respond to order induced by consciousness as well as moving ones (like people or tossed dice), but it is only in the more labile systems that we have the tools to readily detect these changes in order. In sum, when a group is actively focused on a common object, the "group mind" momentarily has the "power to organize," as Carl Jung put it.

- Walk into any modern museum, or open any history textbook, and the picture of the past presented is one in which humanity started from primitive beginnings, and steadily progressed upward in the development of culture and science. Most of the artifacts preserved in archaeological and geological records have been neatly arranged to fit this accepted linear view of our past.
- Yet many other tantalizing bits and pieces unearthed offer a very different story of what really happened. Called out-of-place artifacts, they don't fit the established pattern of prehistory, pointing back instead to the existence of advanced civilizations before any of the known ancient cultures came into being.
- Though such discoveries with their inherent sophistication are well-documented, most historians would like to sweep these disturbing anomalies under the proverbial rug. But the rug of true history is getting very lumpy, and hard to step across without tripping over such obvious contradictions to the conservative picture of antiquity.
- What's more, the mysterious artifacts confirm ancient legends and stories which describe human history not as linear, but cyclic. Forgotten ages and former worlds rose and fell in great cycles of life and death over millions of years, lost to our memory except in myths, and now, through a few amazing pieces left to us. Here are the top ten out-of-place artifacts and what they reveal to us about our missing legacy:
- 1. BAFFLING BATTERIES OF BABYLON
- In 1938, Dr. Wilhelm Kong, an Austrian archaeologist rummaging through the basement of the museum made a find that was to drastically alter all concepts of ancient science. A 6-inch-high pot of bright yellow clay dating back two millennia contained a cylinder of sheet-copper 5 inches by 1.5 inches. The edge of the copper cylinder was soldered with a 60-40 lead-tin alloy comparable to today's best solder. The bottom of the cylinder was capped with a crimped-in copper disk and sealed with bitumen or asphalt. Another insulating layer of asphalt sealed the top and also held in place an iron rod suspended into the center of the copper cylinder. The rod showed evidence of having been corroded with acid. With a background in mechanics, Dr. Konig recognized this configuration was not a chance arrangement, but that the clay pot was nothing less than an ancient electric battery.
- The ancient battery in the Baghdad Museum as well as those others which were unearthed in Iraq all date from the Parthian Persian occupation between 248 B.C. and A.D. 226. However, Konig found copper vases plated with silver in the Baghdad Museum excavated from Sumerian remains in southern Iraq dating back to at least 2500 B.C. When the vases were lightly tapped a blue patina or film separated from the surfaces, characteristic of silver electroplated to copper. It would appear then that the Persians inherited their batteries from the earliest known civilization in the Middle East.
- 2. THE STRANGE ELECTRON TUBES FROM DENDERA
- In different locations within the Late Ptolemaic Temple of Hathor at Dendera in Egypt are curious wall engravings which Egyptologists cannot explain in traditional religio-mythic terms, but about which electrical engineers are finding very modern interpretations.
- In one chamber, No. 17, the topmost panel, depicts Egyptian priests operating what look like oblong tubes, performing various specific tasks. Each tube has a serpent extending its full length inside. Swedish engineer Henry Kjellson, in his book Forvunen Teknik (Disappeared Technology), noted that in the hieroglyphs these serpents are translated as seref, which means to glow, and believes it refers to some form of electrical current. In the scene, to the extreme right appears a box on top where sits an image of the Egyptian god Atum-Ra, which identifies the box as the energy source. Attached to the box is a braided cable which electromagnetics engineer Alfred D. Bielek identified as virtually an exact copy of engineering illustrations used today for representing a bundle of conducting electrical wires. The cable runs from the box the full length of the floor of the picture, and terminates at both the ends and at the bases of the tube objects. These objects each rest on a pillar called a djed, which Bielek identified as a high-voltage insulator.
- The tube objects look very much like TV picture tubes, an impression which is not far from wrong, for electronics technician N. Zecharius has identified the objects as Crookes or electron tubes, the forerunner of the modern television tube.
- Though the upper chamber scenes have been damaged by vandals from a later age, other pictures found inside the crypt below the Holy of Holies are almost perfectly preserved, and their portrayal deepens the mystery of the strange electron tubes even further. Here, not only are the tubes shown in full operation, but something else has been added which may suggest the ultimate purpose for the tubes themselves. In several instances, both men and women are shown sitting underneath the tubes, hands held out and cupped, which meant they were in a receptive mode. What kind of radiation treatment was being performed here?
- 3. THE ENIGMA OF THE ASHOKA PILLAR
- A testimony to ancient metallurgical skills in Delhi, India is called the Ashoka Pillar. Standing over 23 feet, it averages 16 inches in diameter and weighs about 6 tons. The solid wrought-iron shaft is made up of expertly welded discs. An inscription on the base is an epitaph to King Chandra Gupta II, who died in A.D. 413.
- Despite being well over a millennium and a half in age, the Pillar's constitution is remarkably preserved. The smooth surface is like polished brass with only occasional instances of pock-marks and weathering. The mystery is that any equivalent mass of iron, subjected to the Indian monsoon rains, winds and temperatures for 1,600 years or more would have been reduced to rust long ago.
- Production of the iron and the techniques of preservation are far beyond 5th century abilities. It is probably far older, maybe several thousand years. Who were the mysterious metallurgists who made this wonder, and what happened to their civilization?
- 4. AN OUT-OF-PLACE COMPUTER FROM ANTIKYTHERA
- A few days before Easter Sunday in 1900, Greek sponge divers off the small island of Antikythera discovered the remains of an ancient ship filled with bronze and marble statues and assorted artifacts later dated between 85 and 50 B.C.
- Among the finds was a small formless lump of corroded bronze and rotted wood. which was sent along with the other artifacts to the National Museum in Athens for further study. Soon, as the wood fragments dried and shrank from exposure to air, the lump split open revealing inside the outlines of a series of gear wheels like a modern clock.
- In 1958 Dr. Derek J. de Solla Price successfully reconstructed the machine's appearance and use. The gearing system calculated the annual movements of the sun and moon. The arrangement shows that the gears could be moved forward and backward with ease at any speed. The device was thus not a clock but more like a calculator that could show the positions of the heavens past, present and future.
- It is highly possible that the device may have origins ages long before the Greeks, and in a land far removed, now unknown.
- 5. FLIGHT IN ANCIENT EGYPT
- In 1898 a curious winged object was discovered in the tomb of Pa-di-Imen in north Saqqara, Egypt dated to about 200 B.C. Because the birth of modern aviation was still several years away, when the strange artifact was sent to the Cairo Museum, it was catalogued and then shelved among other miscellaneous items to gather dust.
- Seventy years later, Dr. Kahlil Messiha, an Egyptologist and archaeologist, was examining a Museum display labeled bird figurines. While most of the display were indeed bird sculptures, the Saqqara artifact was certainly not. It possessed characteristics never found on birds, yet which are part of modern aircraft design. Dr. Messiha, a former model plane enthusiast, immediately recognized the aircraft features and persuaded the Egyptian Ministry of Culture to investigate.
- Made of very light sycamore the craft weighs 0.5 oz. with straight and aerodynamically shaped wings, spanning about 7 inches. A separate slotted piece fits onto the tail precisely like the back tail wing on a modern plane.
- A full-scale version could have flown carrying heavy loads, but at low speeds, between 45 and 65 miles per hour. What is not known, however, is what the power source was. The model makes a perfect glider as it is. Even though over 2,000 years old, it will soar a considerable distance with only a slight jerk of the hand. Fully restored balsa replicas travel even farther.
- Messiha notes that the ancient Egyptians often built scale models of everything familiar in their daily lives and placed them in their tombs, temples, ships, chariots, servants, animals and so forth. Now that we have found a model plane, Messiha wonders if perhaps somewhere under the desert sands there may yet be unearthed the remains of life-sized gliders.
- 6. A JET FROM SOUTH AMERICA
- In 1954 the government of Colombia sent part of its collection of ancient gold artifacts on a U. S. tour. Emmanuel Staubs, one of America's leading jewelers, was commissioned to cast reproductions of six of the objects. Fifteen years later one was given to biologist-zoologist Ivan T. Sanderson for analysis. After a thorough examination and consulting a number of experts, Sanderson's mind-boggling conclusion was that the object is a model of a high-speed aircraft at least a thousand years old.
- Approximately 2 inches long the object was worn as a pendant on a neck chain. It was classified as Sinu, a pre-Inca culture from A.D. 500 to 800. Both Sanderson and Dr. Arthur Poyslee of the Aeronautical Institute of New York concluded it did not represent any known winged animal. In fact, the little artifact appears more mechanical than biological. For example, the front wings are delta-shaped and rigidly straight edged, very un-animal-like.
- The rudder is perhaps the most un-animal but airplane-like item. It is right-triangle, flat-surfaced, and rigidly perpendicular to the wings. Only fish have upright tail fins, but none have exclusively an upright flange without a counter-balancing lower one. Adding to the mystery, an insignia appears on the left face of the rudder, precisely where ID marks appear on many airplanes today. The insignia is perhaps as out-of place as the gold model itself, for it has been identified as the Aramaic or early Hebrew letter beth or B. This may indicate that the original plane did not come from Colombia, but was the product of a very early people inhabiting the Middle East who knew the secret of flying.
- 7. CRYSTAL SKULL FROM ATLANTIS
- Without doubt the most famous and enigmatic ancient crystal is the skull, discovered in 1927 by F.A. Mitchell-Hedges atop a ruined temple at the ancient Mayan city of Lubaantum, in British Honduras, now Belize.
- The skull was made from a single block of clear quartz, 5 inches high, 7 inches long and 5 inches wide. It is about the size of a small human cranium, with near perfect detail. In 1970, art restorer Frank Dorland was given permission to submit the skull to tests at the Hewlitt-Packard Laboratories. Revealed were many anomalies.
- The skull had been carved with total disregard to the natural crystal axis, a process unheard-of in modern crystallography. No metal tools were used. Dorland was unable to find any tell-tale scratch marks. Indeed, most metals would have been ineffectual. A modern penknife cannot mark it. From tiny patterns near the carved surfaces, Dorland determined it was first chiseled into rough form, probably using diamonds. The finer shaping, grinding and polishing, Dorland believes, was done with innumerable applications of water and silicon-crystal sand. If true, it would have taken 300 years of continuous labor. We must accept this almost unimaginable feat, or admit to the use of some form of lost technology.
- Modern science is stumped to explain the skill and knowledge incorporated. As Garvin summarized: It is virtually impossible today, in the time when men have climbed mountains on the moon, to duplicate this achievement...It would not be a question of skill, patience and time. It would simply be impossible. As one crystallographer from Hewlitt-Packard said, The damned thing shouldn't be.
- 8. WHO SHOT NEANDERTHAL MAN?
- The Museum of Natural History in London displays an early Paleolithic skull, dated at 38,000 years old, and excavated in 1921 in modern Zambia. On the left side of the skull is a perfectly round hole nearly a third of an inch in diameter. Curiously, there are no radial split-lines around the hole or other marks that should have been left by a cold weapon, such as an arrow or spear. Opposite the hole, the cranium is shattered, and reconstruction of the fragments show the skull was blown from the inside out, as from a rifle shot. In fact, any slower a projectile would have produced neither the neat hole nor the shattering effect. Forensic experts who have examined the skull agree the cranial damage could not have been caused by anything but a high-speed projectile, purposely fired at the prehistoric victim, with intent to kill.
- If such a weapon was indeed fired at the man, then one of two conclusions can be made: Either the specimen is not as old as it is claimed to be, and was shot by a European in recent centuries, or the remains are as old as claimed, and the marksman was ancient too. In view of the fact that the Paleolithic skull was excavated from a depth of 60 feet, mostly of lead rock, the second conclusion is more plausible. But who possessed gunpowder 38,000 years ago? Certainly not Stone Age man himself. Another race must have existed, one far more advanced and civilized, yet contemporary. The question is, where did that rifle-toting marksman call home?
- 9. THE INCREDIBLE STONES OF DR. CABRERA
- A very unique time-capsule of images is housed in a warehouse in Ica, Peru. Here are some 20,000 stone boulders, tablets, and baseball-sized rocks, decorated with an astounding assortment of pictures, in many cases very much out of time and place. The owner is local physician, amateur archeologist and geologist Dr. Javier Cabrera Darquea.
- Most material employed is a gray andesite, an extremely hard granitic semi-crystalline matrix, that is very difficult to carve. But as Dr. Cabrera observed, People have been finding these engraved stones in the region for years. They were first seen and recorded by Jesuit missionary Father Simon, who accompanied Pizarro in 1525. Samples were shipped to Spain in 1562.
- The stone portraits show very sophisticated surgery skills and medical knowledge, in some cases as advanced, and even more advanced, than today. There are scenes of Caesarean sections, blood transfusions, the use of acupuncture needles as an anesthetic (which only gained use in the West since the late 1970s), delicate operations on the lungs and kidneys, and removal of cancerous tumors. There are likewise detailed images of open heart and open brain surgery, as well as 20 stones showing a step-by-step heart transplant procedure.
- This is a disturbing revelation in itself, that someone in unknown antiquity achieved a level of sophistication rivaling our own. But there are other pictures even more out-of-place. As Dr. Cabrera noted, and as has been verified by other medical physicians, there are stone etchings which show a brain transplant. The prehistoric surgeons, it is evident, possessed knowledge several steps beyond modern-day surgery.
- 10. MANUFACTURED METALS MILLIONS OF YEARS OLD
- For the past three decades miners at the Wonderstone Silver Mine near Ottosdal in the Western Transvaal, South Africa, have been extracting out of deep rock several strange metallic spheroids. So far at least 200 have been found. In 1979, several were closely examined by J.R. McIver, professor of geology at the University of Witwaterstand in Johannesburg, and geologist professor Andries Bisschoff of Potsshefstroom University.
- The metallic spheroids look like flattened globes, averaging 1 to 4 inches in diameter, and their exteriors usually are colored steel blue with a reddish reflection, and embedded in the metal are tiny flecks of white fibers. They are made of a nickel-steel alloy which does not occur naturally, and is of a composition that rules them out, being of meteoric origin. Some have only a thin shell about a quarter of an inch thick, and when broken open are found filled with a strange spongy material that disintegrated into dust on contact with the air.
- What makes all this very remarkable is that the spheroids were mined out of a layer of pyrophyllite rock, dated both geologically and by the various radio-isotope dating techniques as being at least 2.8 to 3 billion years old.
- Adding mystery to mystery, Roelf Marx, curator of the South African Klerksdorp Museum, has discovered that the spheroid he has on exhibit slowly rotates on its axis by its own power, while locked in its display case and free of outside vibrations. There may thus be an energy extant within these spheroids still operating after three eons of time

The lawyer (liar) lies to her & then a man or woman in a black robe (judge) transfers ownership of the house (who paid for the house?), makes the man (defendant) pay child support (will the children see the money or will the woman spent on her new boyfriend?) & possibly alimony. The hammer was put down on the man. This is the destruction of the family, the fourth hole in the boat. Men resent what has happened to their family life & leave the jurisdiction of the court. They make a new home & make a new life with a new family. Divorce is at record levels (50+%) & many women are choosing to have children outside the sacred institution of marriage. The value system has been eroded & will never be the same. Big business & the government support the gay life style. I do not believe this is healthy for any culture & is actively promoted to destroy this civilization.
Is there a remedy? Let's look at history. The news traveled many years ago, before computers, radio, television, telegraph & even the printing press by word of mouth. Town criers went from town to town complaining about conditions that the king imposed. They needed support. A lone voice in the night is no match for an well-armed king & his thugs. Legends, stories & fables developed because the general population talked among themselves. Another word for short story is an idiom. If you don't learn your lessons from your idioms you remain an idiot. What do our idioms tell US? You cannot keep a good man down, whatever floats your boat. There is hope!

I witnessed the Dallas court system, dismiss a case because the jurisdiction was changed so my friend had no rights. This was obvious because there was a gold-fringed flag in the courtroom. I notified the court appointed attorney that a crime was about to take place & therefore a Title 42 action was going to be enacted & that all of the lawyers (liars) were guilty by association. This notice got their attention & the decision was made to defer all court costs & my friend was free to go.

The assessor then comments on well the miner did & indicates that it will take several weeks for the bullion to go to mint & return. At this point the assessor offers to the miner a few coins which he marks up (makes a profit) while the balance of his wealth will be returned to him later. The miner takes these coins & goes to his favorite place, the local saloon. After bathing & resting up for a while the miner decides to play his favorite game. Do you know what this game was? It was poker. When he played with the guys he had to chance to hold on to his money & might even make some more money. If someone cheated he was shot dead. However, when he played with the dolls he lost it all. He never had a chance. What do we learn from this? The money was spent into society without creating a debt.

On the way home from work a man stops at the grocery store to pick up some milk. Upon arriving home he sets the milk on the table & washes up. When he comes back he finds four glasses of milk; that night he got some milk & later he got some loving. That's fair & just!
A few days later he returns to the grocery store & buys more milk. He places it on the table & when he returns he finds three glasses of milk & none for him. After questioning his wife an argument ensues. That night he got no milk & later he got no loving. That's unfair & unjust.
The following day he confronts the grocer. He says he was here yesterday & didn't get enough milk. The grocer asks what did he buy? The man says a quart. The manager says OK. The man persists I didn't get enough milk. At that point the grocers asks the man to leave because he's holding up the line & is banished from the store.
What do we learn? A certain # of ounces of milk equal 1 quart of milk.
Similarly, the Congress of the United States of America was charged as public servants to coin & regulate the money. The Coinage Act defined a dollar of silver to be certain # of grains of silver. The Federal government committed acts of treason against the American people & has abused the public trust. Once a fraud always a fraud. How does the insidious banking system work? The banksters tell the people things are good, they lend & we borrow. They lend you your own credit. There is one catch. You must put up collateral (your wealth, land or property). Then they say things are going poorly & confiscate your wealth. Anytime a special group of people can control the money supply eventually they will own everything. The founding fathers knew this & tried to protect US from these parasites.
Every morning this rancher rides his horse. One day a man stopped along the road & gazed for a time at the rancher & his magnificent steed. After a time the rancher went over to say hello to the stranger. The stranger commented that he always wanted to own a horse but had no way of taking care of the horse & doesn't have the time. The rancher suggested that he could buy this horse & for a fee provide room & board. He also asked what time would he be coming out to ride so he could have the horse ready? Every Monday, Wednesday & Friday morning at 7:00 AM the horse was ready to go.
Weeks past & one evening the rancher looked out his window & found another gazing at the beautiful horse. Things couldn't get any better for the rancher. All good things must come to an end. One Saturday night the boys were in the local bar & the talk got around to who had the fastest horse in the county. It was agreed to meet out at the ranch Sunday morning. Needless to say when the men found out how the rancher tricked them all, the rancher was lucky to escape with his life. The rancher went to the lawyers, who paid off (bribed) the politicians, who passed laws outlawing racing on Sundays. There is no justice in this world, just US. What will & can you do?
Comedians & or authors occasionally try tell US the truth but people are deaf or blind! Abbott & Costello told the truth about money; as did a famous book entitled The Wizard of OZ. An oz is a weight & a dollar is a measure. Dorothy & her dog Toto lost their way home. Together they set out to find the Wizard to ask for his help because he was great & all-powerful. He would know what to do. The Munchkins gave her a hint "follow the yellow brick road" which meant follow the money. Yellow brick refers to streets paved in gold. On her way the Strawman, the Tin Man & the Cowardly Lion said they would accompany she to OZ. Each member of the company had their own problem; the Strawman didn't have a brain, the Tin Man had no heart & the Lion had no courage. The story climaxes when Todo exposes the Wizard (Federal Reserve Chairman Alan Greenspan) using smoke & mirrors to confuse & control Dorothy & Company. Todo smelled a rat pulled back the curtain exposing the Wizard pressing our buttons & pulling our chain. The Strawman (if I only had a brain) recognizes the fraud & marches over there with the Company to question the Wizard. The Wizard retreats from being all-powerful & tells each member that they are ok. The Wizard continues & indicates that Dorothy always had the power to go home; all she has to do is click her heels together. The lesson learned is that all power resides in the people, not in powerful little men hidden behind the curtains.
How does the debt-based monetary policy work for US government? All income taxes are collected by the IRS; the collection arm of the Federal Reserve; a private banking cartel. The Federal Reserve then lends the US Treasury the monies to operate & charge interest. The problem is they are in business to make a profit. These are all bookkeeping transactions & no wealth or substance is being transferred. Could you imagine printing currency (Federal Reserve Notes-legal tender/script) & then offering these to the American people? To assure payment of this service the banksters hold a lien against all of the American peoples' future earnings & a lien on all of their property. Try to argue private property rights when government only believes in personnel & commercial property. It is reported that In San Francisco, world leaders secretly get together to plan world events. They worship a large owl & have human sacrifices.
Police officers are given a license to kill US & then fill out reports to describe the incident. If law was constitutional & just; the government would have to convene a grand jury first & then the government would present their case to get a true indictment. This is costly & very time consuming. It is so much easier to make charges & have you defended by a lawyer (traitor-liar). This process is unlawful & unconstitutional.
We need counselors in law, who counsels their clients. The foundation of law comes from the 10 commandments given to Moses by God & the Magna Carter. Only a live human can bring an action. Understanding law is easy there must be a damaged party. A damage can be to one's own private property or his or her being (body). It works like this. The damaged party goes to his neighbor & notifies that he has been harmed & asks for remedy. This is called notice. He then says please correct the wrong in a timely fashion (10 days). This is called grace. If this is not done within the specified time he returns with a witness & the process starts again. If things are not remedied he goes back with 2 witnesses & again grants grace. Finally after exhausting all remedy he then goes to the common law court where he meets with the clerk. He fills out paperwork indicating what the dispute is. The justice reviews the dispute & sends notice to the defendant that there will be a hearing in the common law court on a given day. When the day arrives both parties approve of the jury (no family members, friends only peers). The jury after hearing from the plaintiff, defendant & witnesses ask whatever pertinent questions are necessary to determine justice. A moderator is set up to expedite the hearing. The jury determines the damages. The locally elected sheriff then enforces the verdict.
The Supreme Court has not answered this question. If there is to be separation of the branches of government how is it that a lawyer who is an officer of the courts (judicial branch) can sit in the legislature (which represents the people)? This is a conflict of issues. Term limits are essential. One term & your are forever out of public service. It was not to be a career. Why would politicians pass laws that would limit their career in public service?

How can any government go around the world making enemies if they cannot protect there own? Any group can poison the water & the government is helpless to stop them.
If you want to find & kill "the king of the jungle." You must first travel in your vehicle to the jungle. After searching the jungle the party hears the lions roar & someone suggests another way. We go back to the vehicles & depart leaving a trail of gasoline. At about 200 yards away this fellow indicates to stop & he lights his cigar. He throws the match onto the gasoline, the flame roars to the jungle & finally the jungle burns to the ground. The lion comes out from the safety of the jungle onto the plains whereby this individual takes his shot & down goes the lion. This is a classic case of cause an effect that delivers the desired result.
The Federal government in the last few years has turned up the heat on the American people. The recipe for cooking a frog is put a frog in a pan when the water is cool so he will not jump out. Then gradually turn up the heat from a simmer until the water is boiling. I here frog tastes a lot like chicken.
At Ruby Ridge Randy Weaver lost his wife & his son because the government changed the rules of engagement to shot & kill on sight. The government's agents shot Randy's son in the back & his wife holding her baby in her arms. The culprits not only got away with it but, were promoted. Ask Louie Free. This is more insanity.
In Waco, a church was burned to the ground & nearly 100 men, women & children were killed by the BATF & other government agencies. If the government wanted to apprehend David Koresh all they had to do is pick him up when he had a haircut in town or while he jogged. This was mass murder. What did Janet Reno, Bill & Hillary Clinton have to do with this? Did the BATF murder some of their own as well? Was there any public outcry?
In Oklahoma City, the Federal government agents destroyed the Federal building & blamed it on the militia. McVey & Nichols were set up to take the fall. John Doe II did exist. The Grand Jury was not allowed to ask pertinent question because it did not lend itself to the Federal government's case. In this instance hundreds of people were harmed.
Now we have the Y2K problem. Would you believe that the Federal government is directly responsible for this coming disaster. Back in the 1950's & 1960's the Federal government was alerted to the coming problem. Instead of taking care of the issues promptly they put it off until it was to late to effect change. It is the same old story. Cause a problem that will effect the change to the social order that you want. The ruling elite will be safe in the underground bunkers while we the people suffer. The highest form of killing is disease. State Social Security offices will fail. Checks won't be delivered to the necessary recipients & they will go shopping without money. After emptying the supermarkets they may go shopping in your neighborhood. Some people will be to afraid to go out & will die in their own home. Water, electric, gas & sewage systems are all in jeopardy. In a US Army & Navy report it states that over 100 cities in the United States will experience difficulties & millions are at risk. The Y2K problem is the biggest problem-facing mankind ever. Most people are so oblivious to the problem that they will not know what hit them. Simple stated you sit on a stool. There are five legs to your stool. First is government, second is banking, third is communication, fourth is transportation & fifth is power. If any of these legs fail you will find yourself on your butt with no help to get up.
The Federal government caused the problem by their lack of foresight & the inability too cope with a problem of this magnitude. You cannot look to the problem for the solution because it is the problem. The Feds & their agents have purposely stonewalled & actually prevented the American people from having a chance against the coming war with technology. Twenty-seven state governments are not prepared to administer government services like Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid & family assistance. When 60 Minutes questioned the head of the Y2K fix for Washington D.C. she told them we started too late to handle the problem. The best we can hope for is to be able to collect taxes & pay our employees. The Feds have purposely misled the people by using a term "Y2K ready" which is misleading because there are no claims of compliance. The correct term is "Y2K compliant." The final Federal Government report came out recently. They indicated that 911, local governments, schools, & hospitals are problem areas. There are many more problems, which I will discuss.
Second is banking. American's use bank notes (currency) & if the banksters want to discontinue its' use the American people will have no choice or voice because the elected officials are all traitors. The banksters have been profiling customers. There are reports that they have been confiscating monies of Y2K distribution companies to determine if there was fraud. The banksters are the largest racketeers going. During an emergency it is most likely that they will limit the use of cash. If you go into a bank tomorrow & ask for cash you will be limited to how much cash you will get. Banksters would charge you for having cash. The fees at ATM machines are outrageous & the California voters spoke loud & clear about this issue. The bankster response was to discontinue use of ATM's.
The banksters are dependent on other services that are out of their control. The communication industry & the power sectors directly affect banks. I spoke with a representative from Charles Schwab that indicated that they had a back up system in place if the power grid goes down. I was assured that my funds were safe. I asked for how long. I was told for one month. The realization that after one month I would not have the funds available was very disturbing. If the phone system collapses & communications are severed so is banking. Communication is the third leg. If communication goes down the game is over. Satellites, switching stations, local phone systems are all vulnerable to embedded chip problem. There are approximately 50 billion embedded chips in the marketplace. The real problem is the replacement chips are the same as the original.
The fourth leg is transportation which includes cars, trucks, trains, airplanes, ships, airports, harbors, railroads, car & truck dealerships, etc.. I have heard that there are problems with many harbors & airports. Will the doors open? Will the air conditioning systems work? Will trains get to their destination? Are there switches on the tracks to divert the trains? Are there men available on the trains to manually switch the trains? Will the airplanes fall from the sky? Can the ships travel across the oceans & successfully unload the cargoes?
Power is the fifth leg to the stool. Power is control. If the electricity goes out how will fuel be put into the vehicles? If the trains don't get to coal plants how will the utility generate the necessary power? Are the nuclear plants Y2K ready or are theyY2K compliant? The Nuclear Regulatory Commission stated that all nuclear plants needed to be shut down if they were not Y2K compliant by July 30, 1999 c.e. It takes four months too cool a reactor. We are at risk because more beaurcrats neglected their jobs.
My job as a father is to lead, provide, protect & teach. There is no better feeling than to help one's child learn. The education has systematically eroded the values of this culture under the pretence of social reform.

It is good business for the bankers, the arms dealers & munitions manufacturers. In WWII it took 50,000 bullets for one kill. In Korea it was up to 100,000 rounds for one kill. In Vietnam it took 250,000 for one kill. I prefer one shot one kill.
Why did United States have a police action in Vietnam? Martin Luther King had a dream that was jeopardizing the power structure of the U.S. How dare this preacher believe that he should be free? This was a way to eliminate the threat caused by the youth of America. I was at the rock concert Woodstock & it was amazing to see 500,000 get along with no police. We had fun. Riots in American cities are not good for public confidence. Pressure probably is put on the politicians to eliminate the cause.
In the 20th century the Russian, German governments were overthrown. Who supported the communist, Marxist, socialist regimes & why? The banksters & industrialists use governments consolidate power & control. After WWI the American people would not sign on to the League of Nations consequently, the banksters took away our so-called money & gave US a depression lasting many years. It was so great that FDR was able to change this country from a constitutional republican form of government to a totalitarian democratic state. The fourth branch of government administrative agencies now rules US. The needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few.
Know your enemy. Who are the criminals today? When I grew up the good guys always wore white. That way we could identify the bad guys. The police today are dressed in black. Police in cars chase so-called criminals & cause accidents. The innocent bystander loses their lives & the system protects the police; so they are free to do this crime again. This is insanity. After WWII since the people of Europe successfully defeated the German menace they then lowered there guard (borders) & started trading within the Common Market. Have you unwittingly submitted yourself to a life of
servitude to Big Brother (United States Govt.)?
International Freedom Foundation (IFF) investigates the laws of
identification, and reveals how governments re-create their citizens as
fictional entities, thereby holding power over them and their destinies.
IFF observes that in America today [and in almost any other country], we
are taxed, licensed, regulated, monitored, attacked, robbed, jailed, and
spied on more than at any time in our history. The worst part is that it
is all being done to us by the very government established for our
protection. The fact that nearly all of our rights, privileges, and
immunities have been gradually taken away is now self -evident. Freedom
and liberty are nothing more than illusions. IFF then suggests that the
once proud United States of America has greatly "Altered its
State," and that a more appropriate name for it would be "The

The identification of individuals has been with us for centuries. Your
identity may represent your position of honor, status, or standing among
other men and women. You can be self-identified, or identified by others.
If you are self -identified, it is usually accomplished by reputation,
occupation, noble deeds, character, etc. Being self-identified carries a
natural place of honor (or dishonor) among peers. You are either honest,
trustworthy, and of good moral character, or you are not. In other words,
the reputation, honor and identification of a good and lawful man or
woman, precedes them. They are known for who they are and what they stand
for. This form of identification, at its best, is accomplished by a lot of
hard work, and by adhering to the highest standards of ethics and moral
character. In contrast, you can be identified by others of so-called
higher standing (liege lord). To be identified by others doesn't
necessarily require adhering to the highest standards of ethics and moral
character. When you are identified by another, the one being identified
usually loses their own unique identity, and forms an adhesion (and lesser
standing) with the one doing the identifying. Identifiers can include: ID
cards, brands, tattoos, badges, images, insignia, sealed scrolls,
medallions, clothing, titles, etc. A typical example of this is a Mayor of
a city appointing a Chief of Police. The one being appointed, Chief of
Police, need not be qualified or of good character. The only requirement
is that it is within the Mayor's power to do so (for whatever reason).
No Foundation In Law
The majority of the people in the world carry
identification cards granted or issued by others. This allows others to
create the persona and the lawful standing of the man or woman. It is an
established fact that the "created" can never be greater than
the "creator." Whatever the "creator" creates, he
controls. Also, the "creator" cannot elevate the
"created" above the standing of the "creator." For
example, a city mayor cannot appoint a state governor. Although most
people carry ID cards, they have absolutely no foundation in law
whatsoever. There is no law written that makes it mandatory for anyone to
carry any type of ID.
The only time anyone is required to have ID is to access so-called
privileges and benefits granted by the issuing party. If you have no need
for special privileges and benefits granted by others, there is no need
for an ID card. Keep in mind that the government has nothing to give. It
produces nothing. In order to bestow a special privilege or benefit on one
person, the government must take from another. All those who receive
privileges, benefits and handouts from government (money that is not
earned) are doing nothing more than robbing their neighbors by legal
plunder. No matter what type of ID(s) you carry, one thing is for sure ...
you did not issue it to yourself. You willfully applied for the ID hoping
to receive some type of special privilege or benefit granted by the
authority.
Rights And Privileges
For clarity it is necessary to define the difference
between natural Rights, which are unalienable and not within the power of
government to grant, and privileges and benefits, which clearly are.
Natural Rights include (but are not limited to) the right to: contract,
work, get married, use public roads (liberty of movement), own property,
open a business, choose your own destiny, worship, defend yourself, etc.
Privileges and benefits may include any activity that gives the
beneficiary a special advantage not usually granted to the general public.
These special advantages are usually granted by way of a license or
permit. A license is defined as "permission given by a competent
authority to do something that would otherwise be unlawful." The
question is, do you, as most people believe, need permission (license and
permit) to contract, work, get married, use the public roads (liberty of
movement), own property, open a business, choose their own destiny,
worship, defend themselves, etc.? The answer is ... you don't. That is
unless you voluntarily, by your own free will and volition, apply for, are
granted, and accept the fictitious privilege or benefit being offered.
Thereby placing yourself into a state of "voluntary servitude."
By way of endorsing this fact, the constitution of the United States of
America clearly states that the condition of "involuntary"
servitude shall forever be prohibited. The key word here is
"involuntary." This means that your natural Rights cannot be
converted to privileges (without your consent), and privileges cannot be
converted to Rights (without consent of the authority).
From Fact To Fiction
Although there are many types of identification the
most common are the driver license, passport, social security card, birth
certificate, and employee ID. Lesser forms of ID may be government ID
(federal; state; municipal), student cards, credit card, military
discharge/separation, selective service registration, union memberships,
professional licenses, marriage certificates, baptismal. There are many
more. Several peculiar things happen when you voluntarily apply for and
accept identifying documents from government or government created
entities. They are:
Who Is The Boss?
All power rests with the People. After all, it is the
People who created government in the first place. Since the 'created"
cannot be greater than the "creator", it must follow that the
government is something less that the "creator" and must by its
very nature be the "creator's" servant. This is true until you
voluntarily allow the servant to be your master. Which is what most people
have done to themselves ƒ made public servants their masters. The
government cannot do anything for you or against you without your consent.
Your consent is either given in writing, by what you say (verbal consent),
or by your silence (acquiescence). A maxim of law says: "the law does
not require impossibilities." Another maxim is, "where the Laws
of Holy Scripture and the laws of man are at variance, the former shall
always be obeyed." A maxim of law is something that has been ruled on
so many times that it is a firmly established truth, and is no longer up
for debate.
Fiction In Action
In order to get any government privilege or benefit,
you must fill out a form and provide false (or hearsay) information. To
emphasize my point, I'll share a true story that happened in Florida to a
very good friend of mine.
John was stopped by the Highway Patrol for having no license plates on his
car. After the stop it was also discovered that John did not have a driver
license as well. Attempts to interrogate John proved fruitless to the
officer. John remained silent except to answer the officer's questions
with questions. Frustrated, the officer arrested John and brought him
before the local magistrate (judge) to answer for his terrible crimes.
Before being forced to come before the judge, John managed to get some
paperwork from his car. The paperwork consisted of more than one hundred
court cites (from the supreme court on down) clearly stating that a driver
license was only required for commercial activity. That is, the
transportation of "persons" and property "for hire"
(taxi driver, chauffeur, coachman, etc.).
The judge looked at John's paperwork, nodded in agreement, and said,
"Yes, I understand this." The judge then wadded up all of John's
papers into a ball and threw them across the courtroom like a spoiled
child. He then pointed his finger at John and said, "I don't care
what that says, I say, you must have a driver license and
registration!"
John looked at the judge, "Judge, I don't want to offend you or this
court," he said, "so, exactly what is it that this court wants
me to do in order to clear up this matter?"
"Young man, I want you to get a driver license and
registration," said the Judge.
"Fine." said John, "Let me understand this: if I apply for
a driver license and registration, will that clear up this matter?"
The judge nodded, "Yes it will."
"OK Judge," said John, "I'll do what this court orders,
provided that I don't have to lie in order to get the license and
registration. Scriptures say that I cannot bear false witness."
"I never asked you to lie," said the Judge" ... "You
have ten days from today to do what this court has ordered you to
do."
John went to the Department of Motor Vehicles and proceeded to fill out
the required forms.
He crossed out "First name", "M.I.", and "Last
name" from the form, and wrote, "Given name" and
"Surname". Then he wrote his name in proper English (upper and
lower case letters) . What's your address?, asked the form, "general
delivery", wrote John.
Social Security number? None. Date of birth? Unknown.
Are you a Florida resident? No. Are you a U.S. Citizen? No. Explanation:
Name: Men and women do not have first, middle, and last names, they have
"given names" and "surnames". Anyone claiming to have
first, middle, and last name is a legal fiction.
Address: You cannot claim to have a street address that belongs to you.
The reason being is that when you move you cannot take the address with
you. Therefore the address must belong to someone else. The only address
(Post) that you own is "general delivery." general delivery is
traditionally vested Right. You can receive "general delivery"
wherever you go. The only condition is that you must get off your lazy
behind and go to the post office to pick up your "post."
No social security number: Even if you think that you have a social
security account number, think again. The name on the card is not yours
(all capital letters), and the number is not yours because you did not
create it. You can honestly say before any court that you have never been
issued a social security number in your name. Another way to prove that
the account is not yours, try closing it. It can't be done. If the account
were really yours, there would be no problem closing the account and
purging the records (like a bank account or insurance policy).
Date of birth unknown: Were you conscious when you were born? How do you
know (from first hand knowledge) the date on which you were born? Did your
mother tell you this date? Did she ever lie to you (Easter Bunny, Santa
Clause)? How about an alleged Birth Certificate? Were you there when this
document was created? Did you sign it? The fact is that your "date of
birth" is nothing but "hearsay." Everything is hearsay as
it applies to you unless you have first hand knowledge of it.
Not a state resident: Resident of the State. Res = thing, Ident =
identified ƒ a thing identified (no longer a man or woman). Does the term
"resident" apply to you?
Not a U.S. citizen: The United States is defined as: District of Columbia,
Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and Northern Marinas Islands.
The United States (a corporation) is not the same as the "United
States of America" (the fifty states). Claiming to be a U.S. citizen
(voluntarily) makes you a corporate-political "citizen subject"
and "person" under the 14th Amendment to the constitution of the
Untied States of America.
John completed the application(s) and gave them to a clerk (clone), who
promptly told John that his application(s) had been denied. John called
the supervisor over and explained his situation.
"I have to get a driver license and registration," says John.
"It's a court order."
"We'd like to comply, but you are simply not eligible," the
supervisor replied. "You are not a Florida resident and you have no
social security number. We cannot issue you a license."
"I don't think the judge will believe that I tried to get a

I was denied?"
The supervisor agreed and wrote a note explaining the reasons why John was
denied. John returned to the court with the note from the DMV and his
rejected application forms.
"Judge, " he said, "I tried my very best to comply with
this court's order to get a driver license and registration, and here are
the results of my efforts."
The judge reviewed the paperwork and said, "Fine!, that's all I ever
asked you to do... Now, get the hell out of my court!"
Scriptures teach us that if your adversaries want you to walk one mile,
walk two, and if they want your cloak, give them your tunic as well.
Remember, the Law does not require impossibilities. You will find that no
matter what your public servants order you to do, tell the truth, and you
will simply be ineligible. The law can only mandate performance on
artificial entities. If their laws apply to you (man or woman), then they
must make a provision to make you eligible (without telling a lie, or
forcing you into a condition of peonage and involuntary servitude, which
is prohibited in all the fifty states). Allowing others to identify you
can be deadly when claiming your natural Rights. If you feel that you must
carry some form of identification, then create it yourself or have it made
to your specifications. Only the "Creator" is above the
authority of a natural man. Holy Scriptures make it very clear that you
cannot serve God and mammon (two masters).
Knowledge Is Power
Many people have asked me to detail the steps required
to finally become free again. Much prayer and thought has gone into this.
It is my conviction that the road to personal freedom can be accomplished
in three easy steps: .
1. Know and understand exactly who you are. Are
you a legal fiction and a franchise to be pillaged and plundered, or a
man (woman)? If you are a man, then you must allow the fictional persona
to die (your name in all capital letters) and then bury it. Never answer
to, or recognize this name again. Any property that you may have
recorded or registered with your fictional name is subject to attack.
Take all steps necessary to transfer your property out of the
"fictional name". A good Trust is a viable option.
Author's note: All "statutes and codes" (colored law) are
applicable to "residents" and "persons" only. That
is, artificial entities. Public Law (real Law), is rooted in Holy
scripture and applies to men and women. The legal definition of
"resident" was given earlier. The shocker comes when we define
the word "person." According to statute and code, a
"person" is defined as: corporation; franchise; an individual;
(and sometimes) a human being (all artificial entities.) One may argue
that they are not a corporation, franchise, or individual. But surely
one must be a "human being," Right! For this answer, let's
look to Balentine's Law Dictionary (1930):human being. See monster. Ok,
let's see "monster." A human-being by birth, but in some part
resembling a lower animal. "A monster, hath no inheritable blood,
and cannot be heir to any land."
Remember, Holy Scriptures tell us that in the beginning Yahweh (God)
created Man in His image. He did not create corporations, franchises,
individuals, human beings or monsters. These are the creations of Satan,
created in Satan's image.
2. Know what your law is. One is either under Yahweh's (God's) Laws
which stand as Eternal Truth and can never change, or, one is under the
thousands of arbitrary and conflicting man-made laws that can and will
change on a political whim. Man's laws are in direct conflict with God's
Laws. Remember, it is a maxim of law that where the laws of Holy
Scripture and the laws of Man are at variance, the former shall always
be obeyed. The choice is totally yours. The government cannot force you
to violate Scriptural Law... That's a fact!
3. Know to whom you belong and serve. Either you belong to and serve
the Creator, or, you belong to and serve the State. You cannot serve two
masters. Liberty and freedom are won on a personal level. Someone else
can't do it for you. You must take steps to gain your own freedom though
personal education and action. A famous quote says: "The surest way
for evil to prevail is for good men to do nothing." In doing
nothing, you will have no cause to complain when evil prevails.
Some Closing Notes
The reader must fully understand the dangers of
accepting and using the "fictional name" (name in all capital
letters) given as a slave name. To drive the point home so that you never
forget it, the following questions, answers, and explanations are given:
Have you ever asked yourself why it is, that you are never allowed to
enter a courtroom, as plaintiff or defendant, in "Propria
Persona?" Propria Persona (commonly known as Pro Per) simply means
that you are entering the court as the "person in the subject
matter." That is, in the flesh, as the man (or woman) named in the
plaint. The court may reluctantly allow you to enter the court "Pro
Se" (representing the "person in the subject matter"). Or,
the court will allow an attorney to represent the "person in the
subject matter". But, never, "Pro Per." Why is this?
The reason is because you (the Man) are not the "person in the
subject matter." How can a fiction appear in the flesh? The cause of
action is always against the fiction. This is evident by the way your name
is spelled within the court's documents (in all capital letters.) All
courts today (in the U.S.) are legal fictions (military courts against
civilians) under the Emergency War Powers Act of March 9, 1933. The courts
of today are no longer under the judicial branch of government. They are
under the executive branch of government. This is evident by the
"gold fringed" flag in every courtroom. A "gold
fringed" flag is a military flag (See Title 4, USC 1). The flag
serves as notice to all, that they are entering a military court. They
[the Courts] can only prosecute another legal fiction, except in cases of
Common Law crimes such as rape, murder, robbery, and other trespasses.
Defective Service
The trick that the courts use to get you to voluntarily
subject yourself to their jurisdiction is by sending out or serving
"defective service", "defective warrants",
"notices to appear" or similar official sounding papers.
"Defective service, simply means that "due process" of Law
is not being followed. They are, in all actuality, all invitations.
Defected service (usually associated with victimless crimes) becomes
perfected when one answers to the defective service, by voluntarily
walking into their court, standing behind the bar, and entering into the
"benefits of discussion" with the court. Simply by answering
when you name is called is all that it takes.
Military courts do not recognized positive Law. Attempting to introduce
the Constitution or Holy Scriptures into one of these Admiralty courts,
will swiftly result in being found in 'contempt of court.' This may be
followed by jail time and/or fines.
Due Process of Law
Due process is guaranteed under the Constitution for
the united States of America. In order for "due process of Law"
to take place, the court must do the following:
When all of the above is accomplished, then you MUST appear (you have no choice,) or a warrant will be issued for your arrest. .
You may also ask yourself why it is, that in order to legally change your name, it has to be done through the court system. The reason, is because the name that you are trying to change does not belong to you. It is the name that the system created for you. After all is said and done, you will have accomplished nothing more than getting another "slave name" written in all capital letters. Note: A man's name written in all capital letters is known in closed circles as a 'nom de guerre', or, 'war name' as translated from its French origin.
Perhaps you may remember the TV mini-series, titled,
"Roots" by Alex Haley. The series was about a king from Africa
named, Kunta Kinta (actual spelling unknown to the author.) He was taken
captive and brought to America as a slave. His slave master didn't like
Kunta Kinta having the name of a king, and was promptly given the name of
"Toby" by his new master. This is essentially what has happened
to nearly everyone in America. The only difference is that Kunta Kinta did
not have a choice. If you have accepted your slave name and carry their ID
to confirm it, then it was done so, voluntarily. The fact is, you have the
power to change your Lawfully "given" name any time you wish.
Remember, if it looks like duck, walks like a duck, and quacks like a
duck, It surely must be a duck. If you look, walk, and act as a slave the
system will treat you accordingly.
I hope that readers don't think that I am suggesting that they change
their lawfully "given name." As Big Brother never uses your
lawfully "given name," a name change would never be necessary.
Each time someone shoves a piece of paper with your name written in all
capital letters under your nose, whistles, bells, sirens, and alarms
should go off. This paper should be rejected, followed by a firm request
to spell your name correctly. But of course, they can't and won't do it.
Don't believe it? Try it sometime. The government never does ANYTHING by
accident.
